Refund & Return Policy

At Margaret & Maeve Seaside Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, you may submit a return request in accordance with the conditions set out below.

Return Conditions

  • You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags intact.
  • You are welcome to try items on, but any use beyond simply trying them on will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be shipped using a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of excessive use or that does not meet the conditions stated above.

Return Procedure

  • All return requests must be sent to: info@margaretandmaeve.com
  • Once your request has been approved, you will receive complete return instructions and the return address.
  • Returns must be sent to the assigned return logistics center in China.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the return package.

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Liability

  • Margaret & Maeve Seaside Boutique cannot be held liable in the event that a returned package is lost if it was shipped without tracking.
  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of the order.
